Statistically, the world likes to say only 20% of humans are neurodivergent… but everyone admits the collection methods are flawed and that number is laughably low. The real figure? Probably closer to 40% – if not higher. And within that glorious misfit population, there are two types: those who desperately want to squeeze themselves into the system, and those who’d rather light the system on fire and forge something better from the ashes. We exist for the latter. The rebels. The renegades. The free thinkers who don’t know how to be anything else. The spiritual descendants of the carnies, the circus folk, the wanderers who lived by instinct, invention, and unapologetic flair. Here, eccentric isn’t something to hide. It’s the whole damn point. Success isn’t assigned. It’s self-made and self-defined.
At CDQ, we exist to build a parallel economy where neurodivergent minds can thrive. We reject pointless hierarchies, corporate BS, and the so-called “normal” rules that don’t actually work for everyone. Our mission is to unleash creativity, foster community, and equip people with the skills and support to take control of their work, their lives, and their brilliance – without selling their soul. We show up loud, unapologetic, and fiercely committed to making a new and better system.
We we believe our mission is critical:

The system wasn’t made for us to succeed – and it shows. It’s beyond time to build our own damn ring.

81%
Of NDs Face Mental Health Challenges
The stats don’t lie. Connection, strategies, and a supportive community aren’t optional for the ND crowd.
Rules We Live By
- Creativity Over Conformity
- We don’t color inside the lines, because the lines were drawn by people who doesn’t understand us. Innovation is our default, not a side hustle.
- Community Before Competition
- We promote a parallel economy, not a parallel rat race. We rise by helping each other, sharing knowledge, and amplifying voices that’ve been silenced too long.
- Brains, Not Bureaucracy
- We hate pointless hierarchies and busywork. Structure exists to serve us, not to control us. Tasks get done, not because “someone said so,” but because they make sense.
- Neurodiversity Is Non-Negotiable
- Every type of mind has value, but only if we know how to make them work together.
- Courage to Break the System
- We don’t beg to fit in; we build better. If the old system doesn’t work for us, we don’t compromise, we create the one that does.
- Radical Transparency
- We call BS when we see it, we admit mistakes when we make them, and we always tell it like it is. Honest feedback is growth fuel.
- Playful Persistence
- Life’s too short to be serious all the time—but we don’t quit. We experiment, we fail, we laugh, and then we try again, smarter and bolder.
- Profitable but Affordable
- We value our time and expertise… but we make sure everyone can access our work without selling their soul. Quality and fairness aren’t optional.
- Always Decency
- We’re honest about our struggles, and when peers stumble, we support instead of tearing them down. Kindness isn’t optional.
- Talk Straight (and drop F-bombs when needed)
- We use honest language about the struggle, the frustrations, and the chaos. No sugarcoating. No tripping over “politically correct “nice” verbiage.
