Why TF Would I Need Coaching and Training?

Question marks on paper crafts

When most people hear coaching, training, or support, they picture one of three things:

  1. Corporate ladder-climbers polishing their LinkedIn profiles.
  2. “Fix me” programs for people who think they’re broken.
  3. Cheesy motivational bullshit from someone who’s never actually done anything.

So if your first reaction to the idea of coaching is “nah, that’s not for people like me” … fair enough.
That’s because modern coaching has been hijacked by corporate tools and hustle bros.

But that’s not what coaching really is.

Coaching Isn’t a New Thing. It’s the Oldest Thing.

Before business gurus and TED Talkers showed up, humans relied on mentors and apprenticeships. You didn’t “figure it out alone,” you found someone better than you, learned what they knew, and then surpassed them.

But now? Modern society tells us “you can be an island”…

That’s stupid. Especially for neurodivergent-wired brains.

Mastery isn’t self-made. It’s co-crafted.

Neurodivergents Always Learned from Other Neurodivergents.

We’ve always gravitated toward our people. Before anyone started labeling brains as “typical” or “divergent,” we naturally clustered by thought patterns.

Back before the world tried cramming everyone into one educational box, “different” thinkers naturally found each other. Blacksmiths found other tool-tinkerers. Wandering philosophers found other big-brained question-askers. Weird artists found other weird artists.

The daydreamers, the inventors, the schemers, the rebels – they linked up.

That’s how we’re wired. Dopamine chasers find dopamine chasers. Pattern-spotters find pattern-spotters. We don’t “fit in.” We link up.

Now? We’re told to “act normal” and figure life out through YouTube shorts and trial-and-error burnout.

And that’s not just inefficient … it’s dangerous for brains like ours.

Why Coaching and Support Matter Even More for Neurodivergent Minds

This isn’t about “getting fixed.” It’s about optimizing what already works.

Because:

We don’t need discipline. We need leverage.
We don’t need babysitters. We need co-conspirators.

And: We’re the Ones Rebuilding What’s Broken

Neurotypicals maintain systems. Neurodivergents reinvent them.

We’re not coaching to assimilate.
We’re coaching so you can dominate.
So we can build better.
So we can lead the parallel economy without accidentally setting ourselves on fire in the process.

So no, support isn’t for corporate tools, clueless executives, or people who “aren’t strong enough.”

Support is for people who are going somewhere.

And if you were born with a brain that refuses to comply, then you were born to lead, build, create, and disrupt.

Just don’t do it alone.
